| DESIGN NAME: House of Dream PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: Every project comes from the countless efforts originated from "House of dream" that inspires the design team to fulfill the clients' dreams. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The room ceiling and flooring are distinguishing, for its exposed-concrete ceiling, exotic-style cyan walls, white cultured-stone bar, and log kitchenware. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Adequately furnished with ceiling windows and glass curtains, the office enjoys sufficient daylight. The design skill manipulating the floor heights visually is full of distinctive charismas. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in Dec. 2017 in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The space outside the front door, decorated with plant walls on each side, is conveniently accessible for multiple uses, e.g. parking. On the left inside the entrance, the meeting area is decorated and well-equipped with the big-log table and TV screen. The bar area, on the right, is adaptable for the movable tables and chairs. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 47 square meters. TAGS: Interior Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: "House of dream," the office for an interior design team, is for dream fulfillments, and for life realizations. CHALLENGE: For the distinct space characteristics, the office is full of amiability and charms. NAME: Chen.She Design PROFILE: The space vitality comes from people, who should be the central idea developing the people-oriented, comfortability and functional design plan. Founded in 2007, Chen-She Interior Design was a two-people company, which has been developed into 10 people over time. The company organization includes the department of design, accounting and construction, which have been conducting the design business encompassing the residence, commerce, business offices, large-activity space and architecture. Over the last 10 years, the company has been publicizing design works based on people-oriented principle.
