RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The research methodology for the projects involves studying the Government regional and local urban masterplans. Precedent cases of agritourism projects is also critical part of the masterplan study. Finally, a massing analysis of future building blocks are studied in terms of density, number of blocks, no of stories, building layout and location.

CHALLENGE:
The greatest challenge of the project is how we approach the treatment and modification to an existing aquaculture farm with a proper phasing and time completion plan firstly to minimize the interference to the current operation, but more importantly to create a strong sense of place for tourism purposes.
