| DESIGN NAME: Huahong Office II PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Space INSPIRATION: How to move into the indoor landscape perfectly logical and reasonable each functional space, moving scene burglary, to present a new space transforms,creating a reasonable function and line layout.Here, work is no longer pressure, and the communication between people is more pleasurable, friendly and creative. Perhaps, this is more in line with the reality that the pace of work in China is so fast. It is also the most valuable part of the workspace, hugging the sun, and looking forward to it. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located on the 102 floor of the world's highest office building:PingAn international financial center. It has the extreme landscape which makes you trample at 360 degree, so for both the owner and the designer, the consideration is definitely the landscape.It is about how to move the wonderful view into the functional indoor space perfectly, to do a real meaningful combination of space,view and light, and to present a totally new space transforms. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Here, work is no longer pressure, and the communication between people is more pleasurable, friendly and creative. Perhaps, this is more in line with the reality that the pace of work in China is so fast. It is also the most valuable part of the workspace, hugging the sun, and looking forward to it. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 2017 in Shenzhen and finished in September 2017 in Shenzhen, and it is located in 102th floor of the world's highest office building which is PingAn international financial center. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The designer through a wood veneer full wrapped in bright twists and turns can make the line of sight unlimited extension of the natural landscape corridor, left the meeting to negotiate the area and office area, all the mega beam column effectively into the earth color wood structure, get rid of visual barriers. On the other hand, the designer made oblique treatment of the columns and covered them with mirror material. What's more, some furniture used mirrors and glass materials with high reflectivity to achieve unlimited extension of sight and mood. In the same way, light is also unscrupulously drawn into the depth of the whole space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is about 1500 square TAGS: Office building, 360 degree view, open mind, new space transform, fluent layout lines RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The entire reception hall and landscape corridor, designers did not deliberately display an office space, or the inevitable side, but in this space, enjoy the body and light and shadow, proportion and shape, elements and texture.
