| DESIGN NAME: IQBottles PRIMARY FUNCTION: Reusable Water Bottle INSPIRATION: I got inspiration from my own kids. I couldn't find good reusable water bottle which is original, good looking, healthy, leak-proof and attractive for our kids. It was 4 years ago when we've decided to make own bottles after longtime research on the market of reusable bottles for kids. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our bottles for kids have exclusive design and construction. All silicone parts- cap, hair, hands, skirt, are easily convertible by children.They can change the bottle characters by using different silicone parts and stickers. All parts can be bought separately, what allows each bottle model get its own unique character. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: IQBottles improve children's approach to drinking in a playful way. Thanks to the variable components and stickers, the child uses the bottles to create the characters that can be further modified. In addition to the basic set, thematic components (superheroes, jobs, animals, interests, etc.) are also prepared. The product made of high-quality materials can be washed in a dishwasher and also boiled in boiling water. Practical sports cap ensures non-contact hygienic drinking. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: 4 years. The project started in 2013 in Bratislava and finished in 2017 and for the first time was introduced on the exhibition FOR TOYS 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic where won second place for best innovative product for children. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bottle is making by blow-bolding and injection-bolding process. Silicone parts are making by double-injection holding process. All bottle components are made with high quality polypropylene with special additives to keep bottle resistant to any bacterias and moulds. Silicone parts are made from high quality food grade silicone. All materials are certificate to be used for contact with food. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: BOTTLE: 65mmx65mmx220mm. PACKAGING: 110mmx84mmx320mm. Material: fully recycled material, highest quality polypropylene with additives; non-toxic providing high resistance for molds and bacteria; without phthalates and other plasticizers, BPA and BPS free TAGS: iqbottles, water bottle for kids, kids bottle, iqbottle for kids, iqbottles for kids, playable bottles, reusable iqbottles, reusable iqbottle, bottles for kids RESEARCH ABSTRACT: IQ Bottles were tested by our family and by external survey participants. Result are shown in pdf file. Our bottles help to improve the drinking regime of children over 33%. Children like the bottles also such a toy and play with them. CHALLENGE: The real challenge was finding the best combination of design, funcionality and productions in order to meet our vision and provide the best product attributes as possible. NAME: IQBrands PROFILE: Our company has been set up to make very good quality products for kids with added "+IQ" value. Our products are different because of their unique design and functionality. We decided to made our first product - reusable water bottle for kids and named it IQBottles. The bottles got value of playable bottles, because we use convertible and replaceable parts to make different characters. (boy, girl, pilot, hero, octopus,...) We are convinced that kids will love them and will get better drinking regime every day. |
