| DESIGN NAME: Play Logic PRIMARY FUNCTION: Logical Craft Toy INSPIRATION: Oriental craft toy is almost gone. Nowadays, all of our kids plays toy from West or app games. But where is our culture? So we try to renew the traditional toy with modern manufacture process. Pazo combines bamboo weaving and tenon skill to create its unique easy weaving structure, gives the puzzle builder an Oriental art image. For children, pazo could be a learning kit and interactive toy. For growth, pazo could be a DIY decor and holiday decoration, a great toy for all ages. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Idea from Oriental craft, pazo combines art and logic into intellectual toys. Training aesthetic sense and logical thinking through building process, a great learn kit and actual cultural creative entertainment it is! Great to play with all your family, highly interactive design and the flexible material make it unlimited way to play. Making a basket, vase, ball or even trebuchet, the best, it all works as a real one. Animals, decors, release your imagination to make various designs with pazo! OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The finish work has strong and flexible structure. It could be a kickable ball, wearable accessory or even shoot-able slingshot. The most interactive brick toy it is. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Considering the whole manufacture process, pazo is extremely easy to produce. Using only stamping skill makes its very high yield rate and easy to change different material like metal, paper or even wood. We use food grade PP as its basic material. Make it safe for children and pet. Furthermore, pazo could be even cost down by making injection mold and keeping the same quality for extremely high quantity needs. Nowadays, most of east traditional toys are still keeping the function and image like a thousand years before. Pazo is designed for the issue. We transform tenon skills and bamboo weaving skills into our system of each brick puzzle. It naturally creates the Oriental aesthetics style for our culture heritage and promotion. CHALLENGE: As a brick toy, we want to make the less piece to make the more variation so the most of challenge would be the process of simplify. pazo has only two kinds of type to create millions of assemble model. And it could make the practical use like a shootable slingshot, a kickable ball and so on. So we have to make it durable meanwhile keep the bargaing price and the structure should be easy to use for small children.
