| DESIGN NAME: Living in Quiet and Neat PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: With the spatial philosophy of modest and accurate, this project can fulfill and touch the owner's deep mind. The designer's long-term practical experiences, the aesthetic senses and the sincere insights are the necessary properties to derive out the highest living quality for this design project. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The tint control in colors of black, white and grey is often been using in several interior designs as part of composing strategies by spatial designers. However, it is no so easy to conduct a unique design atmosphere by the proportion of these colors. In this project, the elaboration of the tint control can be seen as the designer's heartfelt consideration. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This house is the first real estate for the young and successful owner, who regards the living aesthetics and enjoys seeking the simplicity of contemporary fashion. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main color tone is based on the colors of black, white and grey for the meaningful walls, which are gently settled within the space. Adding the black lines of iron material for the design composition can draw out the unique atmosphere for this space. The consideration of the aesthetic issues can be demonstrated in between of the levels of black and white. Titanium frames with translucent scenes can create the senses of contemporary fashion. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 155 square meters TAGS: Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In order to responding the owner's personality, the designer adopt the spatial strategies of simple, bright and clear concepts for the design configuration, which can connect the living room and dinning room directly by the opening and refreshing aura. In the multi-function study room, using the glass partition wall can enlarge the spatial vision in broader view and generous feeling. CHALLENGE: The material textures with organic and random features matched in the form order of geometric lines can compose the spatial aesthetics by the senses of conflict, contrast and balance. The natural stone material with the distribution of light-colored gray is just like the figure of flowing cloud. The elaborate arrangement of seam lines can generate appropriate proportion of several rectangles.
