| DESIGN NAME: Life Temperature PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cafe INSPIRATION: Through hand made colors, we made a good performance on ratio, gradation, and saturation on southern French countryside style. The owner hopes that furniture, fabric and decorations can emphasize the style. Humanity utterance the nature of space, the life atmosphere ramifications nature and relaxed tone. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The both interior and exterior are using countryside style. We not only furnished but also integrated the Duplex business concept (design, cloth, store and etc.). The design presents and fulfill the details of life. The building itself assimilate both urban environment and local culture, using natural and primitive materials, construct a landmark between the street blocks. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Apart from the construction of building, we reprogramed the others including foundation works, water pipe, electricity and etc. To let the show room feel like a warmth home, we used “landscaping, zoning concept” as the interior design main theme. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We use retro brick, door leaf, iron, wood and cloth as the main material of space. Through re-ordered construction method, the originality design re-interpret the emotion and wonderful of space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The indoor area is about 660 sqm. The building itself had been abandoned for about 10 years. Because of the terrain, the whole area seems odd. We use French countryside style and Art Deco’s artwork such as furniture with small floral totem and fabric fitting to decorate the space of upper floor and lower floor. The living concept also extends to Antique cafe beside it. The Duplex business concept became the area’s landmark, at the same time fit the urban culture. TAGS: AVEN Interior Design, cafe, Interior Design, Interior, Design, space, Interior Architecture, Taiwan, Taipei RESEARCH ABSTRACT: White wall, gray staircase and sloping roof make Antique House and Antique cafe harmoniously combine into the urban street blocks, and became the area’s focal point. At the same time, it depict about the lifestyle of French countryside style. In the interior design, the zoning concept rigorously inject the French countryside style ought to saturation, ratio, warmth and romantic. The furnishing designs are adopted to custom programming. Comfortable and elegance delicate features fully demonstrate Art Deco design theme. Antique House operates Southern France countryside furniture or furnishings brands. It interprets the healing life, release stress, relaxing and charming, at the same time, it also brings in personal taste into space. CHALLENGE: We lead the interior design team to let Antique cafe came into a perfect French countryside style situation! They cleverly make a combination of furnishing, life, fabric and decoration, bring it into a business space. Beside, they emphasize on originality and customized a unique style. High availability of space at the same time behave the nature, relax, primitive and romantic of French countryside style. Through the customize function and concept, it allowed the lifestyle easily combine with the decorations and furniture. It performs a unique personal style.
