| DESIGN NAME: Square Inside Circle PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: Yin(circle) and Yang(square) concept is the central concept of Chinese years ago. On Dynasty Han, Chinese establish an aesthetic concept by Yin and Yang concept. Chinese believes that wisdom is to predominate the Ying Yang concept, and then you will succeed. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Chinese believes that there is flexibility and stability under the connections of both shapes. The enterprise used this concept as the main idea of the company, which can easily perform its meticulous rigor. Designer then make some variety on its linear, the flexibility makes the space lively. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The multi functional area is the core connecting office, meeting room and family activity room. The gentle atmosphere successfully increases the interactions between employees. The planning of meeting area also includes the function of 3C entertainments, you can invite your colleague and family enjoy the audio-visual equipment after work. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Complete time: February, 2015~ February, 2016 Location: Taipei, Taiwan. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: “When you work, work seriously; having fun, then enjoys it!” is the main idea of this design. A healthy breakfast is the energy source of a whole day, company cares about the health of its working, an area about 990 sqm then be designed as a multi functional area. Through the combination of raw materials such as metal, stone and linear, the multi functional area increases the interaction between human. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Integrate the enterprise’s proxy products, such as the intelligence control system of lightning and air condition, the working environment exudes comfortable feelings. The arrangement of the storage is opposite to the stereotype of dark and messy space. The lightening, colors, materials, circulation, and functions are arranged for human-based needs. The design concludes the specialty and warmness of the space. The cozy surroundings increase understanding between workers, work efficiency and anti-stress, so that the stuff can work seriously and enjoy fun. TAGS: Fontal Space Design , residence, Interior Design, Interior, Design, space, Interior Architecture, Taiwan, office RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Subvert the stereotype of traditional office, designer place the rest room and multi functional area beside the lobby, functional design makes employee feels like home, delivering a warm feeling. The place also meets the environmental consciousness. CHALLENGE: Should us equivalence working and living? Designer expanded the multi functional area, which include bar, dry kitchen, wet kitchen and etc., then placed it in front of the office area. He hopes that this area can help every employee release their stress, at the same time agglomerate the centripetal force of enterprise. NAME: Fontal Space Design PROFILE: The definition of fontal is pertaining to or coming from a fountain or spring; pertaining to or being the source of something. The Chinese word “Feng Tong” means endless, which came from a book of Eastern Han. The fundamental issue of space is the dwellers. When designer started to plan, he decided to let the environment full of humanity. The theme of the space is nature, the designer makes a combination of interior and exterior, and affiliates the dwellers’ life expectation. The exclusive trait of space came from sunlight, fresh air and water. Without repeated linear and elements, the space shows a nature beauty. Every creative came from the harmonious between the manner of dwellers, innate character of buildings and urban environment. The only common is the house represents the attitude of dweller. |
