| DESIGN NAME: PAGES PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chiar INSPIRATION: Furniture can change neither a material nor a color after purchase. I wished to change the material and color of furniture according to a season or feeling. In performing them, a simple way is required. The sample book of the cloth of an interior shop became an inspiration. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The bearing surface of this chair is a form similar to a book. When a cushion turns, we can enjoy various colors at any time. In addition, this chair is comfortable. You can adjust delicate height, if the cushion of a bearing surface is turned over. We differ in the length of a leg by sex, a race, shoes, and a posture. We are uncomfortable, if the heel has not arrived at a floor when sitting on a chair. Therefore, delicate adjustment is required. The office chair has a regulating function. However, in a house, a mechanical design does not match well. This chair is made from a warm material and also suits the interior design of a house. We can remove the bar of a backrest. So, we can change a cushion easily. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The base of this chair is made from wood. I consist of a Maple round bar and laminate lumber of a bearing surface. A wooden chair and cushion are another object. The crossbar of a backrest separates and can replace a cushion. A cushion has a variation of cloth, felt, a fur, and many. Since it is a simple form, a user is able to manufacture a cushion. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width430mm,Depth500m TAGS: Pages,Change, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: PAGES was tried on the show of various countries. As the preceding clause having described. Engineering and design ,Professor . Good design award judge Mainly designed furniture and housewares. Received several design awards including Good Design Award in Japan. Suggests a comfortable design to the mind and the body from a new perspective. |
