| DESIGN NAME: Aura Cleanmax - Roboclean SPLUS PRIMARY FUNCTION: Vacuum Cleaner /Cleaning Robot INSPIRATION: Double fan motor consume little power as 950 watts but it provides high suction as 1900 mmH2O. User can’t see under the armchairs, tables, etc. so it is needed light on cleaning accessory. Cleaning accessory that is used for carpet shouldn’t be used for armchairs, beds so a special small cleaning accessory is needed for coaches and beds. Water filter vacuum cleaners can be used as an air purifier. Air purifiers in market have negative ion generator on it. So negative ion generator can be used on a water filter vacuum cleaner also. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is a water filter vacuum cleaner. Its differences are touch screen control panel, 9 different motor power stage settings by slider, double fan separator motor, the large deep cleaning accessory with led-lighted front panel, the small deep cleaning accessory. Also it has detachable remote control with LCD screen and carpet washing feature and it is more silent with respect to its peers. It also purifies air, releases negative ions and perfumes the environment with different fragrances options. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It is a cleaning robot which performs the duties of 6 different machines in a single machine body. It is a vacuum cleaner that uses water to filter dust and it is a deep cleaner which cleans the carpet, sofas, beds and hard surfaces with its power nozzles. Also it has carpet and hard floor washing functions. It freshens home air with its negative ionizer and perfumes the home with its different fragrance options. There is also the vacuuming feature. It sucks the air from your cushions and pillows. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey and finished in May 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We use plastic injection to produce plastic parts. Some of them are produced with masterbatch and some of them are painted electrostatically. The motor is double stage and energy consuming because it consumes 950 watts energy but it provides 1900 mmH20 suction. Our water filter vacuum cleaner is not traditional water filter vacuum cleaner. In our devices there is separator on the motor. Its rotational speed is 20000 rpm. The separator doesn’t’ permit water to go into the motor. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Dimensions: 426 x 426 x 480. 950 Watts power consumption, 1900 mm H2O suction, 2 million negative ions emission per cm3. 220-240 VAC Voltage and 50-60 Hz frequency.
