| DESIGN NAME: Green Places Community Clubhouse PRIMARY FUNCTION: Leisure Architecture INSPIRATION: It is a very important connection between people and the environment. A good environment contains a consistent design from the architecture to the interior design. The coordination between Interior design and space makes a perfect structure of architecture. In the design of architecture, we get rid of general outlook of architectures, while using Le Corbusier’s , master of architect, elements used in villa SOVOYE, Freedom column (elevated body), free graphic (senses of flow), the free facade (Magic outlook), the level of long window (horizontal gaze), roof garden (Imagination of sky) and ramps and ladders (dancing body). We see a building as a life. There are different designs in every floor. It breaks the tradition and contradiction of a design of architecture. However, it unifies the whole design. The sense of unification comes after the contradictions of design. It shows deep concern of design. Horizontal extension and visual extension make the space extent without limitation. The outlook contains the deep concern of design. Building plan emphasizes that stacking flat by each free curve, landscape full overflow pool with outdoor plaza also formed like hills natural beauty. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Use of continuous glass windows, break the barriers of space boundaries. Built-in the landscape garden applicate in this area. The natural into the room, creating links within and outside. Different surface elevation correspond to each other, so it increase more interactive and fun between people; the raise of the morning sun provides sufficient temperature for swimming, gym vision also generate links with the outdoor landscape. Yoga class, kitchen, leisure farm, a variety of spatial behavior generated here, link the different age groups, to create communication and interaction. Through symbiotic coexistence with the environment, experience nature gives us the sun, air, water, better living experience in the building after the combination produced. By nature, the amount of body to influence the physical plant of the building, it can be practical. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The wall of architecture contains anodized aluminum and RC layer. It helps the emission of hot air caused by sunshine radiation. The size of the retractable stairwell and appropriate outside air introduction using the hot buoyancy principle, it discharge hot air effectively. The same design used in stairwell as well. In winter, the design, large trees, double wall and other functions effectively block invasion from cold air. It keeps the villa warm in winter and cool in summer. Hall as part of the architecture is a ventilation tower, after absorbing the heat generated by the top iron, thermal buoyancy will promote indoor air convection rate, achieve adequate ventilation. The massive windows of the hall faces the delightful and beautiful scenery presented by the harmonious blend of waterfalls and tress on the west, solving the western-sun-exposure problem in the southern part of Taiwan, building west to almost corresponding large wall, reduce the impact of heat radiation on the indoor temperature, while the swimming pool on the second floor faces a wide area covered with numerous giant and beautiful trees on the northeast, smoothing the coldness of north wind in the winter morning, the raise sun bring the warmth and providing the user in this community with a comfortable and enjoyable condition for swimming. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Clubhouse combines landscape pond with the Blue Ribbon ecosystems, then proceed water purification and power circulation by the clubhouse pool, to create a good water environment, not only for building cooling, and more community residents can provide more hydrophilic. On the building's exterior paint selection, using Nano silane ketone resin coating, this coating has excellent stain waterproofing properties. Good air permeability, can make facades not easy to mold or produce Biai. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 2524.73 sq. m.
