| DESIGN NAME: Spring PRIMARY FUNCTION: Wedding jewelry INSPIRATION: Jewellery collection "Spring" inspired by music and work of Antonio Vivaldi "Four seasons". Vivaldi was using delicate changes in music and music mood to illustrate the feelings arising from weather's changes. I used this method in jewelry collection. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The calligraphic baroque inscriptions have the most important role in this collection. The bride's crest has the initials of the groom, as a symbol of the fact that he is constantly in her mind and she is always thinking only about him. The man's brooch worn on the left lapel of the jacket has the initials of the bride - because he needs to keep the most valuable thing close to his heart. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This set of jewelry is ideally suited for wedding ceremony. Thanks to this jewelry the bride and the groom will look unusually and beautifully. The brooch will add elegance to the groom. Chains in a crest will beautifully stream on hair. Round stones will sparkle, as water droplets. A rain of small chains reminds us of spring storm, the awakening of nature and murmuring streams. Jewelry is very light. The bride and the groom will be able to carry it all day without any inconveniences. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2014 in Togliatti and finished in May 2015 in Togliatti |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Comb and men's brooch are made of silver in the technique of casting. The hairbrush is made of thin transparent plastic in the technique of laser cutting. Mounting for stones made in the technique of 3D design and 3D modeling, for a more clear form. The comb contains cubic zirconia. Vivaldi was using delicate changes in music and music mood to illustrate the feelings arising from weather's changes. The author used this method in jewelry set. She set for herself the difficult task: to create a collection of jewelry being inspired by music. Having selected song "Spring", she could report mood of this composition precisely. An important role in this is played by a choice of materials and technique. CHALLENGE: One of the biggest challenges was to make the comb comfortable. The most difficult task was to express the feelings and emotions from music in jewelry. I wanted this jewelry to cause in people the feeling of spring, a rain, the beginning of new life and noise of streams.
