| DESIGN NAME: MODEO PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hybrid Grill INSPIRATION: - UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Modeo is a home type hybrid grill. It is combining the charcoal and the electric energies with a new kind of approach. Foods can be smoked; electric grill and charcoal taste grill can be made by Modeo. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Modeo can be opened and closed by just one movement. Integrated hood rises up to start the system and moves down to close. Smoke and smell are vacuumed and filtered by integrated hood and special filters. Smoke and smell is vacuumed by double fan motors. Most amount of the air vacuumed is threw out after filtration, but at the same time, less amount of the air turns back to circulation for fire up charcoals and blowing the taste and smoke. Hood, filter, grill surface, dripping drawer are detachable and washable. Charcoal tank can be detached and ashes can be thrown away.
