| DESIGN NAME: British Ville Penthouse Of 12# PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show Flat INSPIRATION: Design inspiration of the scheme of the designer originate from understanding to art and life, respect of life and power, so every place and every inch of space seems like writing some chapters about life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design inspiration of the scheme of the designer originate from understanding to art and life, respect of life and power, so every place and every inch of space seems like writing some chapters about life. With regard to style, it is more like an advanced private customized big party except for strong art feeling. There is romantic feeling of France, enthusiasm and passion of Italy, rational filament line as well as sensible quality feeling, an international art stage is unfolded stealthily at here. Whisper of the heart, you seem to hear silent and gloomy lighting, quality slip in heart, sculpture interpreting life, and mask symbolizing free, they all in the space singing the praise song for soul and life. Deconstructivism design style is adopted by designer after thorough thinking of the space which makes the whole space is sketched out by irregular line, creates strong forward feeling and visual impact, and brings people brand new aesthetic taste and enjoy of beauty, people will feel impressive. In selection of material, postmodernism style is confirmed as basis in the end to conduct selection to material after mature consideration and to match the whole space theme. By conducting reflection, refraction and dislocation etc. to the space by craft glass of ceiling, free degree and art feeling of the whole space are enhanced. In the scheme, beauty is no more abstract object but embodied in artistic conception built by space, lighting, line, and texture, it is also respect to humanity and aesthetics of the designer, which present beauty of art. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design inspiration of this case comes from the pursuit of art as well as the respect for life so that the house not only contains a strong sense of art, but also becomes a luxurious private space. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, the project began in March, 2013, and was completed in December, 2013. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The case abandons the extra wall spacing and adopt cabinet and screen instead. The application of fine leather and craft glass enhances the degree of freedom and the artistic sense of the entire space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The case is a penthouse duplex of 660 square meters located in a high-rise building, on the first floor of which, there is a reception room and a guest room; on the second floor of which, there is an indoor swimming pool, a red wine room and a gym, constituting a private space of the owner; on the third floor of which, there is a family room and a master bedroom suite. TAGS: Model room, duplex, luxury, interior design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Taking the space into consideration, the designer adopts the combination of deconstructionism and luxury style so as to generate a full avant-garde sense and a strong visual impact, bringing a kind of fresh aesthetic feeling. CHALLENGE: With the master’s pursuit of art as the background, the project design continues the theme of "private art house" through the design elements. In terms of the restrictions on building such as building height and traffic flow planning, the project takes mirror, craft glass as well as an open layout as the entry points of this case design.
