| DESIGN NAME: Forging PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: This design consists of a metal plate folded structure and the triangular frame structure. Build up the overall structure and the formation of load-bearing strength and toughness by the principle of triangulation and the metal frame of the flap. Make full use of the flaps and the angle of the metal after bending the link to support, and combine American style furniture to create personalized and stylized design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Forging furniture includes a work desk and a matching chair. The main material is elm wood, with bent iron plates as the supporting structure. The entire design uses wood and iron plates as the medium to create a strong industrial style. The design of straight lines and bends gives people a sense of perseverance and reliability. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The set of furniture is designed for various purposes, such as office, study, and life. To fit people sitting posture and writing habits, it is suitable for a variety of sitting postures, sitting on a chair with their feet down, and the seat back fits the shape of the person back, The height of the table needs the consideration of human body engineering, which is suitable for entertainment, reading and other activities. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design project began in January 2018 in Shenyang, was completed in June 2018, and was exhibited in the art museum of Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in June 2018. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Forging office furniture is designed for a variety of uses, including office, study, and life. It is designed to fit people sitting postures and habits, it is also suitable for a variety of using environment. The support structure of the whole furture uses iron plate bending technology. The back and seat of the chair are made of elm wood. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The structure of the bottom of the seat is consistent with the structure of the supporting table. Use wood to fit the shape of the grooves at the bottom of the table and chair. Then the iron plate is fixed at the bottom of the table and chair by folding the plate, so that sopport the whole thing.
