| DESIGN NAME: Conotoxin Firming Series PRIMARY FUNCTION: Skin Care Products INSPIRATION: Indigo color, as the main color of the product, implies the concept that the core component of the product originates from the ocean. The "waist-closing& UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Ximuyuan invigorated series is inspired by the conus in the waters of Chesterfield Islands. The series mainly focuses on skin firmness and anti-aging effects. For this reason, the outer packaging is in the "waist-closing& OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Its "waist-closing& PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was started in September 2021 in Guangzhou, China; Present samples were completed in November 2021; The present relief effect was adjusted several times to make it more ergonomic in December 2021; The post-process adjustment of pre-production samples was carried out in February, 2022; Trial production should be conducted in March 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The cap and bottle body are made of ABS and high transparent glass respectively. The whole bottle is made with electroplating and spraying process. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 182 mm x 51 mm x 52 mm TAGS: Ocean current, V face (face-slimming), hyperboloid design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The reason why hyperbola is widely loved in architecture circle lies not only in its soft visual effect, but also in unique advantages in light guidance. In the bright environment at noon, hyperbola can compromise strong light, and its color and luster look bright at the upper and dark at the lower. At night, it absorbs the weak light of diffuse reflection around it, but it makes the bottom of the curve brighter and the upper layer darker. It restores this uniform and delicate color expression. CHALLENGE: The biggest difficulty in its design is the design and calculation of the hyperboloid structure of the bottle and the "V face" curve. The design team not only calculated a lot of theoretical data such as the overall center of gravity distribution and material rigidity performance, but also carried out fine quality control on such details as the bottle wall thickness, bubbles and light transmittance in the actual burning process, which improved the final visual effect and actual hand feel.
